Item was backordered but back in stock earlier than promised. Houzz and the seller do not charge you until item is in stock, which is great. Once back in stock, delivery was very prompt, item well packaged and in perfect condition.

Arrived timely, Plastic was a bit ripped when rug was delivered and rug was dirty where it became exposed. Luckily, it was on the underside so no big deal.
