Our showroom features carpet, area rugs, wood floor, and other unique floor coverings. We specialize in sisal, seagrass, raffia, jute and other natural floor coverings and rugs. We offer a wide variety of standard and custom rugs. Our showroom has been recognized as a Premier Partner by the Wools of New Zealand. We are also recognized by Home Trust International for offering luxury flooring. Hemphill does a very professional job, marked by courteous personal service and high quality installation. They carry high quality floor coverings and their invoice for the work they did for us was exactly as they had estimated, even though their installation team had to do a lot of unanticipated extra work on a very tight schedule (we were literally waiting for the carpet installation to be finished so that we could move into the property on the day the installation took place). I would not hesitate to recommend them in any way.

I live out of state and was looking for an area rug when I happened upon the website for Hemphill's Rugs and Carpets. I subsequently purchased 2 area rugs in December. If I could do so, I would give the customer service I received from Brent 6 stars. Communication was clear, prompt and courteous. The area rugs were a great price point and I am very pleased. I recommend Hemphill's without reservation!

We went to Hemphills Rugs and Carpets to find a carpet stair runner for our new home. My husband and I were so amazed with the wide selection that was available! We got such great help from Mr. Hemphill himself, he even came the next day to get our stair measurements and give us a quote. When the first quote was higher than we had planned on spending, he worked with us to make sure we got the carpet we wanted at the price eel wanted to pay. The install was less than a week after we made our purchase and it looks absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with the finished product and the installer was extremely kind and courteous and made sure the job was done exactly the way we wanted it. I will be going to Hemphill for all of my future carpet needs.

Brett Hemphill is a straight shooter. His recommendations were spot on and his experience is evident. One minor issues on staircase and Brett had someone out to repair within hours. Highly recommend!

Hemphills is a truly quality experience. Impressive selection of flooring materials in a beautiful new showroom. A competent and very friendly family owned businesss. Brett Hemphill was at our home for an estimate on our needs the afternoon of the day I walked into the showroom. Fair pricing and superior installation with great follow up. We found Hemphill on Houzz and visited their showroom. The quality of the carpet, installation, attention to detail, and follow-up was perfect. At the store we met the owner Brett who was very knowledgeable and professional, nothing like what we've ever experienced buying carpet. We went with the best pad and high quality carpet and our friends all comment on how great it looks and feels.

I manage Estates in Orange County, and was told by several designers that Hemphill's was the place to go for high end wool carpeting. Right of the bat Brett knew where to look to find samples that matched my clients unique color scheme. He also spent time educating me about wool carpet, and provided excellent customer service. After a second round and completely different set of samples for my picky clients. Brett had me measured and set up with an install in 24 hours. The install team were very professional and followed all the house rules, and cleaned up after themselves very well. Besides doing a great job. I highly recommend Hemphill's thanks for making my job easier!

I had the best experience at Hemphill's! They have such a wonderful selection of so many different types and styles of carpet. They carry all of the hard to find styles too! The staff was very helpful when it came to choosing the type of carpet that was right for my home. Installation was a breeze and done perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be using them for any job we have in the future.

Great customer service and very nice selection of current styles. I used them for installing wall to wall carpeting, large area rug, and four high traffic area rugs. Brett came to my home, measured, and then was able to advise on the different samples I chose. Great advice, everything works, and ease of install and delivery. Highly recommend.

Commented: Can you please tell us who the manufactures the carpet runner?We fabricated this runner from wall to wall hand loomed carpets that comes off a roll that is available 13'2 or 16'4" wide - 100% wool. Pattern repeat is 8" wide x 1/2" long.
