Eye for Design Interiors

Karen Kennedy at Eye for Design did an amazing job designing a new mushroom space for us. She nailed our style and taste on the first try, and really “knocked it out of the park!” So glad we hired her!

I had never hired a designer before I hired Karen Kennedy of EYE FOR DESIGN INTERIORS. I had interviewed a designer before but I didn't hire her because she wasnt interested in hearing any of my ideas and I thought this wouldn't make for a good relationship. The opposite was true of Karen. She listened very carefully and was very interested in determining my style. We had a good comraderie and Karen guided me to choose options I wouldn't have ordinarily picked. The end result was a warm and inviting interior that is both functional and beautiful! I couldn't be more pleased!

Karen Kennedy is an exceptional designer. She truly knows how to create a beautiful home. Her sense of style and use of color will bring any room to life. From a single powder room to a full home renovation, Karen's work will impress you. I have been working with Karen for many years and I have referred all my family and friends to her. She is truly gifted in her approach to design and I can't wait for her to help me on my next project!

The kitchen/bath remodel was my third project with Eye For Designs Interiors. I've previously completed a family room and living room DIY style using her design and guidance. I use Eye For Design because I don't want to invest a chuck of money and time on a project and have it look "not quite finished" or "not quite right" when it's completed. Karen solved this problem. Not only did she put together the entire design, she was able to do it by asking some simple questions and sharing some design ideas for me to select. I've found that she is able to work in pretty much any capacity -- from hourly consulting on a project to pulling in full time contractors -- I've done both with great results. When working with her, she adapted the project to my specs and my lifestyle. She offered great suggestions that I learned to accept even when I couldn't quite "see it". It always turned out better than I ever thought it would. I get constant compliments on the rooms that she has designed and I'm constantly asked "who is your designer". I give nothing but the highest marks for Eye For Design Interiors and will continue to use and recommend Karen for all my home design projects..

Working with Karen was a pleasure. She has such a good eye for color and balance. Every time I walk (even after almost 2 years) into our master bedroom/ bath suite I feel like I am at a relaxation spa. The great room wall color and granite counter top selections are perfect. Eye for Design is fantastic. Karen was so easy to work with and somehow she totally "got" me and "got" my husband and our tastes. We're very indecisive but I get no pressure from her-just lots of great options, a wide range of price points and her great insights. I've got to get her back in for our kitchen and bath remodeling projects!

Karen is the best! She's so creative and good at what she does, which is working with the client to find something that suits his or her taste. Her style is flexible, you can ask for as much help as you need (or don't need). Her cost structure is also a la carte--which helps the whole project to stay within whatever budget you choose. I'm very happy that we decided to work with her and will continue doing so over the years!

We have worked with Karen Kennedy since our kitchen remodel in 2008 and have continued utilizing her services when updating our home. She is a joy to work with and we could not be happier with the final result of the projects Karen has done with us.
