Items arrived in timeframe expected and everything was packaged very well. Disappointed in delivery - the window given kept changing and ultimately past the appointment time. Once the truck arrived, the driver did not have equipment needed to deliver everything up a short driveway. Instead, he had to leave the vanity (500 pounds) on the street, and we had to hire someone to move into the garage.

The first shipment had a cracked top and when we notified them a replacement was shipped out immediately. We received the replacement within a week and there were no issues. Beautiful vanity and counter.

the doors came on with the hardware backwards- and a bit of a scuff underneath- it was packed well- just a little messed up - I can paint it under if I need to- and switch out the hard ware- just baffled why the doors were put on that way- makes no sense-

I received the tub in a timely manner and it was well packed for shipping. It appears that all parts were included, however it needs to include a sleeve to cover the threads where it attaches to the floor. My carpenter had to build a box around it to make it look better. I wasn’t happy about this.

I can’t be certain that the marble tops arrived unbroken, but the packaging is very protective. The cabinets are really nice and well-constructed. Our project got delayed several months, but we are looking forward to using these vanities. They appear to be good value for the price.

We think the top probably is very nice, but are knocking the review down to three stars because delivery was so poor. Advertised as curbside, product was left on the street, despite my hundred pound wife asking for help. Unacceptable.
