NOVA WEST SOLAR

They are incompetent. I do not recommend. They gave PG&E wrong meter number then getting the runaround about aggregation. Multiple unanswered emails , multiple phone calls and no follow-ups . Cannot recommend . Their repair of irrigation system was substandard. I plan on putting in a 2nd system for my other meter , will use a different company .

We began our solar search about a year ago. We were looking to relocate to a smaller home that already had solar. We did find a home however it didn’t have solar, so our solar search began. We spoke with family, friends & neighbors with solar. Someone suggested Nova West. Best call we ever made!! Now we did receive one less expensive quote from another company however it was the people, as well as the product value that Nova West offers , it made all the difference. Andrew, Gary and the Whole team are always professional, , knowledgeable and Never rushed or pressured us to buy. They were very patient with us, even when we had a family delay. They had given us a couple quotes with different options and after comparing all The quotes We received Nova West offered the best Value and the warranty Package second to none. Almost a five star, but... I did a fair amount of research and interviewed multiple solar contractors prior to choosing Nova West to install Panasonic panels. Having just completed installation in July we haven’t had a lot of opportunity to measure results yet, but the August PGE electricity bill looked great so the equipment seems to be delivering. The Nova West installation, engineering, and internal staff did a wonderful job as well completing all the work very professionally and timely. The one area where I felt a lot of frustration was that communications were sorely lacking. This is a big investment and with a lot of moving parts to the process. This could have been a much more comfortable experience as a customer with a little more guidance and setting of expectations. Even after completion of the install there were a couple of weeks when we weren’t sure what was going on. Maybe I’m just old fashioned but I still appreciate a “thank you” from the salesperson when the job is complete. That said, I feel comfortable that we made a good choice overall in going with a quality product and company.

Nova West solar is a great Company. that installed 38 solar panels on my 3200 Sq Ft home in Clovis Ca. They are a very professional Company that goes the extra mile for their customers. Hard to beat cost. Professional install. Showed up on time. Cleaned up after work was completed. We had issues with Pg&E not meeting deadlines, but Andrew at Solar West never let me down. Kept me informed about any issues, and saw the install through to its completion (thanks Andrew). HIRE THIS COMPANY AND GET RID OF ELECTRIC BILLS NOW!

The installation of our solar panels has been successful, thanks to the quality service offered by Nova West! Right from the start, they have always kept us informed about the entire procedure and all our questions were answered intelligently. I am really impressed.

These folks are fantastic! We met with and researched over 20 different companies and these folks were excellent quality at a reasonable price. The installation went perfect! They have backed up every promise they made and after 6 months, we have only paid the $10 PGE fee. We highly recommend any call them! They will treat you right!

Nova west solar system works great! Fresno heat is no match, my wife can run the air all day every day, and finally not worry about PGE anymore. We love it!!

We had solar panels installed last spring after having a few consultations with different solar companies and have had the best experience with Nova West. Our sales rep Tony was great to work with answering all our questions promptly and giving us much needed honest advice. The installation was scheduled and executed quickly and quality of work was excellent. We have been so pleased with the service and company that we have referred others looking for information on solar. Our solar panels have saved us so much money so far and we definitely feel that our investment is well worth it already. We would encourage anyone interested in solar to research as much as possible then call Nova West because they will have the best options available.

We could NOT be happier with the service we received. Our system is amazing. We heard about Nova West from two friends that each had a system installed in the last few years and they were both very pleased. We stopped by the Nova West booth at the spring Home and Garden show and made an appointment for a consultation. We had done our research and knew what type of system we wanted. Ian Rock (rockstar!) was our sales rep; he was very patient and answered all of our questions. We signed a contract the following week and had our system installed and running by the end of March. The construction crew was fantastic. They left no trace of their presence at the end of the day. Everything was perfectly clean and there was no damage to any of our plants or the garden in any way. After installation we did have a problem with one of the components (no fault of theirs, part was defective from the manufacturer) and they responded immediately. They replaced the malfunctioning part and our system has been producing clean energy ever since. We cannot say enough good things about this company. They undersold and over-delivered their product!

Wonderful customer service. Honest, friendly, and very helpful. They did my solar system over 3 years ago and I am truly satisfied. Their office staff is the best, especially Andrew. Andrew is phenomenal!
