We have used Simple Flooring floors 3 times. Twice with a contractor installing and most recently installing ourselves. We initially used them for a renovation project, and the value that this flooring brought to our house far exceeded the costs. Out contractor, who had been installing floors for 15+ years, said he had never seen such an easy to install, high quality product. We live in northern Canada, so the flooring has a long way to come, the packaging is excellent. We did have a few boxes that were damaged at one of the transfers along the way, and Simple Floors offered to immediately ship out replacements free of charge, or refund they full box amount with no hassle at all. We are more than happy with Simple Floors and have spread the word in our community extensively. Everyone we know who has ordered through them has been amazed by their price, quality and customer service. We love you Simple Floors! Keep on doing what you are doing!!!!

Simple Floors provided excellent customer service. The installer was a master wood craftsman. He was challenged by installing the flooring on a wood subfloor that met up with very thick marble/tile flooring and had to make a custom trim piece so the two materials would meet up beautifully. I have pictures, but unfortunately, I am unable to attach them to this posting.

Simple Floors is a great company to work with. Their pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is great. I have been purchasing my hardwood floors through them for about three years now and I have never had a problem with any of my orders.

Customer service was EXCELLENT. Floors are beautiful, however after two years certain sections that don't see a lot of traffic have begun to chip. The floors however have received countless compliments from people who have been in and out of my house. The chipping is the only minor concern which has absolutely NOTHING to do with the company that provided me the floors. Frank

I ordered and received beautiful hardwood flooring at a fraction of the price that I would have spent any where else. I made two rather large orders. In the follow on shipment there were several damaged boxes which simpleFloors quickly replaced without issue. I simply sent photos of the damaged cartons and made note with the shipping company and replacements were sent. Our floors are stunning.
