BEWARE of this company. Our PM placed an order with them on 1/6/23, our credit card was charged for the total cost on 1/9/23. They are very customer service oriented when you call for price. However, once they have your money, it goes down hill quickly. We have not been able to get updates on status of our order or an estimated shipping date. Three (3 ) months later and still no product. All phone calls & emails are ignored. Placed yet another phone call yesterday attempting to speak to someone. Their phone kept ringing until it disconnected itself. We reached out to our credit card company and filed a distute claim. All the while our project had been delayed & can not be completed. If anyone has a tight construction schedule I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

Bought 4 columns (paid in full) mid-2020 and it's late 2022 and I still don't have columns or the money back. DO NOT PAY this company if you ever want to see a product or your money again.

Worthington Millwork is a good company to work with. The management is skilled, responsive, and understanding. I would choose them again.

The quote given by Kyle Boatwright was approved in May of 2021 and we requested an invoice for the deposit be sent to us in order to begin the production of the columns along with an ETA. After slow correspondence the deposit payment was finally processed over a month later in June and still no ETA or production schedule was given. Another 5 emails sent over June - August were completely ignored by Kyle and customer service. Only when we threatened to request a refund from Visa in August did we get a response from Kyle saying that there were disturbances and other excuses. Apparently he was having trouble communicating with his supplier. He promised to provide weekly updates going forward and we received not one. Fortunately Visa was able to get our deposit back for us but it was a long drawn out process which did not reach resolution until November 2021 with zero product supplied by Worthington. Their products were specified by an architect so I didn't think it was necessary to do any research on this company but if I had read the other comments here on this site I would have found an alternate supplier immediately. If you have a project which has unlimited budget and does not ever need to be complete, I suggest dealing with Worthington Millwork. If possible, I would give a rating of zero stars.

I called for a quote for a column wrap on 03/05/21. I spoke with a sales agent, Cal and gave him my information. I never got a quote emailed. I called back two weeks later. I spoke with Cal again and he remembered our earlier conversation. He said he would email me that day with a quote. Again i didn’t get a response. I’m not sure if Cal isn’t interested in selling only 1 column. He stated it would be costly for only 1 column. Anyway I’m happy to do business with Elite Trimworks whose sales force promptly gave me a quote for a single column.

I have ordered exterior columns in the past from Worthington Millwork LLC and have received them. Another order was placed on Feb 28, 2020 for 10 columns, capitals and bases. 50% deposit was given on the same day. Since then several phone calls, emails and follow-ups have been made by me. Even my attorney sent Kyle Boatwright (the CEO & President and Owner) of this company to return my deposit in Nov 2020 as I have not received any columns to date. It has been close to 1 year and our home is not completed yet. I have to get the money back from Kyle and get the same items from another US supplier. I do not recommend this company as it is not at all trustworthy.

The process started well but deteriorated after placing order and paying for column. I ordered the column on 7-20-2020 and paid for 100%. Was told 4-6 weeks. I still have not received the column. I never received a phone call. I had to call every time. Most times I called and "Kyle" was not available but would return my call. He never returned a call. He did return an email once. I was told they had to go to another manufacturer (apparently they do not manufacture products) because of Covid. Was told the product was on the doc to ship...still have not received anything, not even a phone call. That has been almost 2 months now!
I am a contractor that has to answer to my customer. This group is not reliable. And I sure would like to know where my payment is?!

Worthington Millwork, LLC has quality products at affordable pricing. Their customer service department has gone out of their way to answer my questions. Worthington Millwork takes excellent care of their customers. I highly recommend Worthington Millwork for your next project.

We (Habitat for Humanity of Broward) placed a pre-paid order for exterior railings & shutters on 5/12/2020 ($1,681.72). The only thing we have received so far are excuses and lies. The owner Kyle hides behind his receptionist, never returns calls and clearly has no intention in providing us with the items we ordered and paid for. Every time we call their offices nobody knows anything. On 07/14 we requested a refund, still no response...
Habitat for Humanity, a non profit organization provides affordable housing to those who need it most. We build homes on very limited budgets and cannot afford these kinds of losses.
Worthington presents themselves as being professional but it's clearly all window dressing, they just want your money !!
Worthington Co. and especially the owner Kyle should be ashamed of themselves.
BUYER BEWARE !!

October 1, 2020: followup to original review below, Worthington did refund the purchase shortly after receiving our request. Subsequently Kyle reached out and apologized for the lack of communication and acknowledged that they had been overwhelmed and therefore seriously behind or unable to fill orders due to supplier issues. I appreciate Kyle's candor and so I'm changing to 3 stars. I will consider making another purchase from Worthington in the future and adjusting the rating again at that time based on a positive experience.
Original Review: Ordered 2 brackets on 1/23/20. Sent an email on 1/28 asking for confirmation of expected delivery date. Received email reply on 2/7 that brackets were back ordered 2-3 weeks. Since then have called 4 or 5 times asking for an update and every time have been told either that "Kyle will call me back," or "Kyle is at lunch," or that "Kyle out of the office," or some other excuse. Called today and got the "Kyle is at lunch" runaround and so I cancelled the order and asked for a credit.

My experience with Worthington Millwork has been one of the worst I’ve had. It wasn’t one single issue that impacted my experience, it’s a multitude of ongoing problems. I ordered a fairly simple fiberglass column and polyurethane railing system.
The following outlines the issues I’ve experienced:
1) They sent me cheap plastic caps and bases with my fiberglass columns. This delayed the project significantly because I couldn’t install the columns without the correct fiberglass bases.
2) It took many weeks to deliver the correct caps and bases. When they finally came, they were short by three. It again took several weeks to get the additional caps and bases.
3) They sent me too many top rails and not enough bottom rails. Although this can be verified by inventorying my order, they have refused to make it right and want to sell me an additional bottom rail. Effectively, they WILL NOT deliver items they have received payment for because it’s been too long... Just to put in perspective the scale of my order, I spent over $16,000 and the bottom rail cost maybe $200 or 1% of the order... Yet they seem unphased by wasting my time and delaying my project for $200....
4) I went months without hearing from my sales representative on several of these issues. I sent emails, left voicemails, text messages. NO RESPONSE.
5) They seem combative. The issues I’ve mentioned above are entirely out of my control, but they tend to imply that I am to blame. I guess there logic is that there mistakes become my problem because I should have counted all 200 spindles, rails, columns, bases, caps, and every bracket, nut, bolt and screw and then reconcile all of this across the multiple shipments I received over the course of 6 months prior to installation (which was / is delayed per points: 1, 2, 3 above).
6) I tried to order additional parts within a few months of my first order (after getting a new salesperson) for a different project on the same building and was extended a much higher price (30% higher). I was told the original price was too low, material prices went up, etc.
I value accuracy, accountability, responsiveness and timeliness. I did not experience any of these with Worthington and this experience has lead to a drawn out, disorganized process that created significant additional expense for me.
