astraea Grandbaby will not be a baby that long; suggest decor be more generic, perhaps with some child-friendly pieces that can be moved in & out as necessary. Do you think your childhood twin bed is adequate for adult guests, if you're old enough to have a grandbaby?

Dytecture I agree, generic would be ideal for any guests that stay in your house. Grandboy's photos could be incorporate in your family photos section if there is one.

bamamom I'll stick with the neutral (my style) decor that I was going with...just had one of those "moments" and started guessing myself since the grandbaby is here more than anyone else. Was son's bedroom before he moved out and eventually married, so felt it fitting that his baby should use this room. Has been a little hard taking down some of his old momentos, but sometimes it must be done.

Astraea...definitely old enough for grandbaby...the twin bed being used was from late 50's when I transitioned from a crib to a 'big girl" bed. :-) My college age neice is really the only other person that would use the room. We do have another guest room with a queen size bed for older guests. I'm sure eventually the bed will be put away again, for the next generation, and I will end up with a queen bed in this room once again.

Dytecture...nice to hear from you....has been awhile. I do like the idea of photos in the room...the baby comments on all of the photos in the house as it is.
