From the moment of contact with Zac at Retracta Screen of the Carolinas to the completed installation he was professional, competent and personable. We really like our new screens and anticipate adding more through this company in the future.

Buyer beware. I bought a Retractable Screen and that was fine I purchased additional screening, framing, screws and spleen. It seemed that the framing screws and spleen would not work due to tight areas around screen doors. What was I thinking that they would take back what I could not use. Even if there was a restocking fee. There is no follow up with customer to solve their issue. Their thought is that I could have used the framing and it was my choice to use different framing. Very unprofessional to tell me how it is my fault when they were the ones to sell me additional framing. And if they really like this framing they could use it in another job. It is still in original wrapping. This is a company that is very interested in a sale but follow up customer service is not their strong point. Companies like this do not last over time

Purchased home with screens in place but in need of replacements do to poor upkeep and torn screen fabric. Virgo replaced with new generation more resident screen material. New screen material also allowed for not seams. Very pleased with end result.

Three retractable screens installed. Estimate was done quickly and once I decided to proceed, the screens were installed right after they were made. They work great. In fact I had asked several installers for estimates on the same day and this company had the job completely finished with product installed by the time I heard back from another company that they could come do an estimate. So use Virgo's company.

I had a very large screen installed on our screened porch and am very happy with the product. Mr. Carriho was prompt, professional, and delivered as promised. I will use Mr. Carriho for all my future needs.

I can't say enough about Retract Screen of the Carolinas! Virgo was a delight to work with from the inception of,the project to the installation. He was very knowledgable about his product and made sure it fit our needs. These screens are absolutely beautiful. Having the ability to raise and lower them with a touch of a button provides the option of insect protection when needed yet allowing for maximum visibility when open. They are easy to operate and do not obstruct the view when down. I recommend these screens highly. Virgo will not let you down.

Our retractable screens were installed today and I am not just happy, I am thrilled with them. We knew nothing about this type of product so we had 2 different manufacturers come out and talk to us and give us estimates. It was quickly obvious that Virgo knew what he was talking about. What sold us was his experience installing, servicing as well as selling the retractable screens. He was more expensive than his competitor, but we were willing to pay for his experience and we liked the idea that he can service them if a problem should arise. He does all of the work himself. He is great to work with and we highly recommend him
